We have previously explained what magnets can achieve. Among other things, we have talked about different types of magnets, how magnets can be used as locks for cabinets, and how electro-permanent magnets can be used to perform controlled lifting or hold fire doors. This is knowledge that exists at HYAB and that arouses interest, but it can also be put into practice – something our employees are experts at.

In addition to our standard components and magnetic products, HYAB also offers customer-specific development of magnetic components, systems and solutions. This is an important pillar of our offering, and we are always open to discussing customer-specific development projects with our customers where magnetism can be a smart industrial solution.

Examples of customer-specific projects in recent years include filtration solutions for the processing industry, fastening solutions for the automotive and engineering industries, and stabilisation of loose components on moving industrial machinery.

Depending on the solution required, different types of magnets are more suitable, whether it is a question of which magnetic material is best suited or the design of the magnet. Perhaps a ferrite ring, a neodymium cylinder or one of our flexible magnetic sheets is the best fit?
