Magnetic Locks

During the year, we have discussed several different fastening methods using magnets, such as our article on innovative fastening, published this spring. Another product is magnetic locks or magnetic catch, which are a simple but ingenious design used to fasten one object to another. Although there are various methods for similar fastening, there is a reason why magnetic locks have become so popular on the market.
A magnetic lock usually consists of two parts: an iron plate, or anchor plate, which is attached to one object, and a similar device with a magnet that is attached to the other. The magnet can then easily hold, for example, a door to a metal cabinet, but can also be attached and used in several different ways, such as attaching tools to wall surfaces.

We offer a number of classic models with a flat contact surface, as well as magnetic locks designed for doors with uneven contact surfaces. In addition, there are also magnetic locks with a push function, where a built-in spring button makes a door easier to open, for example.
