A significant part of Hyab's buisness is the development and production of customised solutions. Our range in that area is large. Demagnetising equipment to the steel industry, as well as separators drums to the mining industry, are examples of large-scale solutions. In parallel, we work with specific detailed solutions, for e g alarms fo shops, micro motors and medicial equipment. Hyab can also provide magnetising equipment and we can help our customers with advanced magnetisation, for example multi pole magnetisation of neodymium magnets.
As retailers, we have built up one of Europe's widest range of magnets, both in terms of permanent magnets and electromagnets. Hyab has further developed its own range of requently used magnet systems, such as magnetic locks and holding magnets. We stock most of the articles in large volumes, for quick delivery. In addition to the products presented in this catalogue, we offer injection moulded ferrite- and neodymium magnets.

Quality certification
We provide our customers flawless and competitive magnets and magnet systems for professional use and deliver them on time. We shall also provide services in product development of permanent and electromagnetic systems that comply with the customer's requirements. We regularly measure our own and our suppliers precision against the targets. This have lead to very high supply accuracy of customer orders and a claim level of less that 0,5% on our deliveries. Short handling time between order recieved and production start, combined with a netowork of reiable suppliers make for short lead times.

RoHS
The RoHS (Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Directive is an EU Regulation, 2002/95/EG, 2011/65/EG, which aims to protect human health and the environment by reducing the use of several substances.
Hyab will always supply magnets and magnetic assemblies that are RoHS, RoHS 2 and RoHS 3 compliant. As a customer of Hyab Magneter AB, you can if desired, receive signed documentation with your companys name of delivered material that confirms that the article/articles is/are within the scope of RoHS and REACH directives.
REACH
The REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) Directive is an EU regulation, (EC) No 1907/2006, which governs the production and use of chemicals. The aim of the legislation is to protect human health and the environment from chemicals and to increase the competitiveness and innovation of the chemical industry within the EU.
Hyab Magneter AB imports raw materials from European and Asian suppliers for resale and processing. As a responsible supplier, we work continuously and purposefully to ensure that our part of the REACH directive is complied with and that you as a customer are informed and updated. You as a customer can receive a signed document that confirms that we comply to both RoHS and REACH directives.
Conflict Minerals
Hyab Magneter will always be Conflict Mineral compliant. Conflict Minerals refer to raw materials or minerals that come from a particular part(s) of the world where conflict is occurring and affects the mining and trading of those materials. There are rules and regulations in different countries which requires companies in the supply chain to ensure they import these conflict minerals and metals from responsible and conflict-free sources only. As the rules and regulations relating to Conflict Minerals evolve over time, Hyab Magneter will comply with Conflict Minerals.
FAIR
At Hyab Magneter, we understand the importance of quality assurance and the need for First Article Inspection (FAI). We provide FAIR for customers who use our magnets mainly in the aerospace and defence industries. First Article Inspection (FAI) is the process of planning, manufacturing, and verifying a production process and is used mainly in the aerospace and defence industries. A First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) is the document used to certify that each magnet sample has been produced and inspected according to the customer's specifications.
IMDS
The International Material Data System is a global data repository that contains information on materials used by the automotive industry. Since our products is often used in the automotive industry some customers demand that we share the all of the details about the including contents and components of certain magnets or magnetsystems.
