The human body can handle more than you think, and that also applies to heavy lifting. British weightlifter Eddie Hall holds the world record for deadlifts when he lifted a whopping 500kg in 2016. No matter how heavy you lift, it is important that you lift correctly, otherwise you can easily injure your back and knees.
