Our magnetic tape on rolls uses a high sear, double sided acrylic adhesive, on a polyster carrier.
Very good resistance against:
* UV radiation
* Extreme temperatures
* Chemical, solvents and humidity
Excellent durability when attached to metal, varnish and high-energy surfaces.
Used for the attachment of signs, covers, scales, metal and plastic films where high shear strength,
adhesion and extreme temperature resistance are required.
The adhesive power depends on mountingtime:
* 1 minute: 6,8 N/cm
* 20 minutes: 9,2 N/cm
* 24 hours: 12 N/cm
Tested for 70°C in 1 hour and 23°C in over 400 hours. Minimum application temperature of 15°C.
Temperature resistance -40°C to 160°C, and in short periods up to 180°C.
Semi-anisotropa multipol
Semi-anisotropic means that the sheet is magnetic on one side (and ferromagnetic on the non-magnetic side).
Multipole means that the sheet has several poles (N S N S) on the same side. This results in a stronger strength the magnetic side.
NOTE! Magnets should not be placed on our plastic-bound products. If you do this, the plastic-bound product will be demagnetized.
Plastic-bound on plastic-bound is okay.
