Designed for short distance handling ferrous resides such as raw steel, scrap, cast iron, ferrous chips etc. Thanks to their dependedability and swiftness they are the ideafittings for fixed and mobile lifting, such as: bridge and tower cranes, monorails, automatic loading system for machines and assembly lines.
*Strength: the capacity indicated refers to a optimal lift on a flat surface. If this is to be used for lifting shavings and scrap, it is not always possible to use the entire magnetic surface use and it is also difficult to get a perfect hit when lifting non flat scrap objects. This significantly affects the strength. You should always have a good margin when it comes to lifting with magnets, this is especially important when you regularly do not get a perfect hit on the magnetic surface. It is in this case necessary to oversize the magnetic product.
We recommend that you combine the 110-4000 power supply (incl. hand-held controller) for our extreme electromagnets. 110-4000 is designed for handling the 71-40X0 series and connects via 380V AC three-phase.
