93-2001 is an excellent article and suitable for demagnetizating little metallic pieces with magnetic residual retained after
machining on magnetic chuck. Put the pieces over the article body, and after few seconds, will be completely demagnetized.
Very handly and light can stay on the work bench without obstructing it. Not suitable for demagnetized materials with high
resistence and big dimensions.
It is important to know the shape, the chemical composition (specifically what type of metallic material) and the surface
treatment of the material you are supposed to demagnetize. This is because in some cases the residual magnetism can be
difficult to remove depending on these factors.
To find the right article for you, you should know how much residual magnetism (in Gauss or Tesla) you accept to remain in
the material after demagnetization. This can be complicated for many because they lack the tools to retrieve this data. At Hyab
